Spend four unforgettable days in Athens, exploring Mars Hill, Ancient Corinth, and the very places where the Apostle Paul preached. Then step aboard a luxury CELESTYAL cruise for four magical nights as you sail to the iconic islands of Santorini, Mykonos, Rhodes, Crete, and Patmos—each bursting with beauty, history, and biblical significance.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive & meet at our hotel in Athens to relax, rest and freshen up for dinner

Day 2: CORINTH GUIDED TOUR

Today we take a drive to Corinth - wealthy and influential Roman city and major center for trade and travel. Its prosperity led to a diverse population and a reputation for materialism and moral laxity. We visit the ruins of the city where Paul likely preached and certainly addressed his letters to the church at the time. Our tour pastor will offer an insightful sermon and time of worship before we head off for some free time to shop and eat lunch. We finish at the hotel for dinner and overnight

Day 3: DAY AT LEISURE

Today is a “"free day” at leisure. Take it easy and relax at the pool, or perhaps a red bus tour to familiarise yourself with the cosmopolitan city of Athens and the surrounding sites. Your tour leaders will chaperone a red bus excursion should you choose to ride along (for your own account)
Tonight we will enjoy a traditional Greek dinner together. Yamas (cheers!)

Day 4: ATHENS CITY TOUR

Day 5: CRUISE SHIP & MYKONOS

This morning after breakfast, the group will transfer to the port to embark on our iconic Greek Islands Cruise!
On the ship you will enjoy 3 meals daily in the restaurants on board, a non-alcoholic drinks package and nightly theatre shows
For this first evening we dock in Mykonos at 6pm - 11pm and will explore the gorgeous white-washed streets and shops together

Day 6: KUSADASI & PATMOS

This morning we will have a group meeting and time of worship and fellowship together - and a local Greek ministry will come and speak to us. Therafter we transfer to downtown Athens for a guided walking tour
This morning we dock in Kusadasi. Those who wish can book an excursion to view the famous Ephesus ruins - one of the most well preserved ancient cities in the world where Paul preached and the site of on eof the 7 churches of revelation where the Apostle John lived with Jesus’s Mother, Mary, until they both died
We set sail after lunch for Patmos - arriving at 4pm for our guided tour of St John’s Grotto (cave) where he received his vision of Jesus & wrote the book of Revelation. Back on board for dinner together, we sail at 9:30pm

Day 7: RHODES

Today we have a group devotion together and walk off the ship for a free day to explore the gorgeous Old City of Rhodes - a spectacular walled city!
Rhodes is mentioned in the Bible in the Old Testament (Ezekiel 27:15) as a trading partner of Tyre, and in the New Testament (Acts 21:1), where the Apostle Paul stopped there on his journey to Jerusalem.
The ship docks from 7am - 6pm so you have plenty of time to enjoy this bucket list island and explore your luxurious cruise ship

Day 8: CRETE & SANTORINI

This morning the ship will dock in Heraklion (Crete) from 7am- 12 noon. Heraklion is a port city and the capital of the Greek island of Crete. It’s known for the Palace of Knossos, just outside the city. The huge archaeological site dates back thousands of years to the Minoan civilization, and includes frescoes and baths.
You can choose to do an excursion with the ship to see the ancient ruins, or perhaps a cultural experience with greek dancing...or you can explore the island yourself using a hop on / hop off red bus tour - just make sure you are back on board for our sail time and lunch!
In the afternoon we find ourselves in Santorini - a bucket list destination. Santorini is a Greek island in the Aegean Sea known for its crescent-shaped caldera, dramatic volcanic landscapes, and white-washed villages with blue-domed churches. We suggest using the cable car to get to the main street where you can explore Fira or catch a taxi to the famous Oia Village on foot. The ship sails at 9:30pm so you have plenty of time to window shop!

Day 9: ATHENS (ACROPOLIS & MARS HILL)

This morning we disembark from our whirlwiind cruise in Athens, where we will enjoy a guided walking tour of the Acropolis and Mars Hill - also known as the Areopagus, one of the most powerful biblical landmarks in Greece. This rocky outcrop was the site of the Apostle Paul's bold sermon to the philosophers and leaders of Athens, recorded in the book of Acts. After free time for lunch in the Plaka, we head to the airport for our late afternoon flight home.
